Need to see more than 3 opponents in PVP.

Wish the list was scrollable to see more ppl. Am I supposed to only be able to attack 10 above and below my current rank? Only if I drop in rank am I supposed to attack lower ranked players?

Yes, but sometimes it returns the same nine players again and again.

If they're lower ranked you don't move up the rankings. You are only supposed to attack up
