Phasma lose her advantage boost?

Whats up with phasma losing her damage buff on advantage? That was one of her best talents. And its been replaced by a goofy advantage chance.... sorry id rather have the bonus 2.5k damage than some crits.

I miss her damage boost to. Teammates do more for a turn (possibly) to compensate. And they raised her basic damage as well.
