can I purchase gems with my iTunes wallet? it kept talking about a billing account which I don't have. I have nothing else to spend my Christmas iTunes cards on except clash of clans which I have enough gems.

I believe if you go to your account and set that card as payment. You need an ituns account to do any purchases on Apple to my knowledge. If you do have one go to settings and update billing options and put your card in.
