Who is the best Leader? barris offee, captain Phasma or darth sidious?

It depends on your team and what your running. Possibilities are endless. Darth Sidious has a monster critical damage (+20% for level 4/5) and crit chance buff! Mix that with droids (IG-86 and IG-88) and your dealing some serious dps.

now I have as team Barris Offee (5 star lvl 50) / Captain Phasma (5star Lvl 50 too) count dooku,, darth sidious, darth Maul, finn, luminara, kylo ren as possible team, i have a princess leia, luke skaywalker, savage opress, and many more, but i can´t to choose the perfect pvp team, please help

Always complement your team's strength. Use Barriss for tanky turtle/heal comps and phasma for assist/counter comps and Sidious for high DPS comps.

I agree but I think you could argue that squishy characters do well with Bariss because she mitigates their main weakness.
