Has anyone used Rey?

Encountered a 15k team today which was much lower than mine with phasma as leader. He also had daka, dooku, Sid and Rey. I have been hit by all of them so I'm certain that they were all around 3000 and it's not like his Rey was rated 5k or something. Don't know what attacks Rey used but hit 5k crit on the first round and with foresight hit 4K non-crit the second. Wiped out half my team together with sid's aoe and dooku's rapid hits. Was I just on the unlucky side of the RNG or does Rey really have heavy damage and is worth trying out?

Ps: I have checked the abilities and maybe it was the passive ability leveled up. But he did the damage on the first turn and there wasn't a 5-hit leverage as far as I remember

  • Also since phasma was leader he didn't have a crit boost or anything. His Rey's rating couldn't have exceeded 3500 which is reasonable for the 5k crit but the 4K non-crit? Heck my resistance pilot at around the same rating could only hit 4K+ on crit with Sid as leader.

Was that with or witout advantage?
Having advantage on allies and expose on enemies coulk make it that high
  • Rey is an absolute damage beast, with phasma on the same team her last attack can deal 4x 10k damage in one turn. That's 40k damage..... She is also one of the fastest characters in the game has very high evasion, chance to gain foresight and raise her own offense. Ontop of all of that she has a passive offense gain. I have her 5* max gear lvl 60 very very good charcter

There was no advantage on Rey or expose on my characters. His Rey only had farsight which simply allows her to dodge the next attack. Also you would get a damage notice for two different hit on an exposed character, one for the attack and one for the expose. I only received one hit.

Yea it seems like if you can protect her and get her to buff up in time she can deal massive damage. Absolute nightmare for turtle teams. Still don't understand how she, at 4 or 5 star level 55ish gear 6/7 can do a 4k non-crit with no buffs or leader boosts. Unless she really is that powerful.
  • Her second Attack is around 4K non crit as long as the has no debuffs in her. And all she needs is foresight for her last attack to hit 4x any buff will allow her to attack 3-4 times
  • WOW

I figured she would be strong, but not that strong. Glad I started farming her shards soon as she came out... Only about 2 months from now I'll have her

Leverage? No that's the attack she used on me in the first round and I know this because she gained foresight afterwards. Only critted 5k so I assume the non crit is around 3.5k. It's the second round that confused me. It was either her first or third attack that did 4K non crit.

Yea i didn't farm her shards before but now am starting, albeit having gotten none so far. Someone strong like she is would make sense to be hard to get.

Also she is strong but definitely NOT OP. She is heavily reliant on buffs and debuffs and if you are not caught off guard like I was you should be able to counter her pretty well given that she is also very squishy. Just make sure you focus fire her down early on. She is better on offense and require a lot of space and time and luck do optimal damage. Fun character to play around with. One would expect that from a protagonist.

On that note EA should totally make Jedi Luke playable later on in the updates. Us fans are definitely eager to play with the most loved Star Wars protagonist.
  • She's kinda like dearth maul, but no aoe and deadly quick, so she's always garunteed to get atleast 1 hit but her evasion is insane so good luck landing that hit
