Looking for mature and competitive EU guild

I'm looking for a EU guild with mature and friendly people. I live in Stockholm, Sweden (GMT +2 currently). I have full time work, family and kids so the ultimate guild would be a competitive but casual one - complete all important daily guild activities so we all get maximum reward but not expected to hang out in chat channels or do stuff outside the game app.

I'm a daily player who have played since late December. I'm level 75 with around 15 maxed or near maxed chars (most of the meta heroes) and finishes rank 1-5 at payout.
