Arena bug

Guys getting a error in arena and won't let me battle plus when I try to battle it doesn't let me and takes away one of my 5 free battles, this is not the error that says someone is already engaged with you. Please help ASAP as my payout time is soon and I finish normally in top 2 but I'm stuck at 18. And yes I hard booted it. My ally code is 961-765-483 so you my confirm.

@EA Jesse hey can you look into this, this is the second time this has happened and last time I tried the EA help and got this reference number from them (23171379) and they were horrible representatives that almost made me quit this game completely. So can someone please help me.
