Looking for a US based guild

I'm looking to join a guild on launch, preferably one based on EST timezone (so guild activities are synced with everything else). I know there are a ton of guilds planned, and I have no idea of who's doing what. Any EST guilds that are expecting to be fairly competitive (if that will actually be a thing)?

I'm nearly level 75, have 8 characters maxed (star and gear, minus precrafting), and a bunch of others that are maxed in level / gear, but only 5-6 star. I'm not a whale, although I have probably spent more on this game than my wife would be comfortable with.
