Mk X holo lens?

Where do you find the Mk X holo lens I know it takes 50 shards but have two charcater that need it and have no idea where to get them at. Does not show up when I click the find button.

Mk X. We've had issues with Mk X at previous events. Some CG people lobbied to bring it back for gear challenges, thinking it deserved another chance. That was a mistake. Mk X is an ****, and we won't be working with it again.

How can we gear up out characters then? I can't gear up my characters because the Mk X is no where to be found.
