Just got a 4* Boba, and what about Tebo?

I just got a free 4* boba out of the bronzium packs. Seems pretty good, right?
Frustrated tho, because twice I've saved then spent a tiny bit of money get four chrome tickets and get shards or 1*2* characters.....
Really have had way better luck in bronzium where I have got a few 3* and 4* characters....
Also where is the Teboo love, don't see much about him but he seems like a clobber-ler- ✌

Just got my 2nd 3* hoth rebel, and 3* ananko (so), in addition to that 4* boba in the free bronzium card pack today.....guess it's just a good day
