Ally List Maxed at 18/35

For some reason my ally list has always had an inaccurate number of allies at the top of the list. I recently deleted all of my allies to see if that would fix the problem, but instead of doing that it now says I have 18/35 allies when I have none at all. This bug has made it impossible for me to get more than 18 allies at once or to complete the achievement for having 25 allies.

Anyone else have this problem?

I'm stuck at the 24/25 step and I have 35.

I thought it was just me.

I had this problem until yesterday, what you have to do is go into your ally tab, go to pending requests or whatever and clear all the requests. For some reason the game thinks that all this pending requests are allies. Hope this helps!
