12+ hours.... Still can't join

It's been over 12 hours, guild daily reset has past, my daily reset has passed. And it still tells me I've left or joined too many guilds for the day. Even though I only left my guild so I could transfer leadership, and it won't let me rejoin. So I left the guild ONCE and created a guild.
I've been sitting on 1000 cantina energy and 2000 regular energy. And I can't use them, I'm not getting my normal energy regen because of this. Seriously, how long so I have to wait?
My guild is missing out on my energy for dailies. This is redicioulus

On top of that, I missed out on all the guild coins I could get for the first day.
