Is Rey still good?

I've heard that Rey got huge nerf with "Protection update" because as she was fast character she got damage nerf. Some people say that she is very weak now.

She hits only a little less than before, but her main usefulness before the update was one-shotting toons. Especially annoying toons like Dooku. Because she can't do that anymore, she's a lot less "powerful", even though her damage didn't get nerfed too much.

That being said, I still use her.

She will never get nerfed. It appears devs, like the most people here, have a crush on her. They even admitted that they have "favourite" heroes in this game.
