is 1400 crystal Stun Gun worth it?

If it contains a 50 item Purple and you use your 50/50 already then the crystals (ignoring experience) are better spent in the shop.

2500 energy for a 50 purple = 20 refreshes = 2000 crystals. So a bargain once you hit level cap. Right now the exp you get from doing the 100 refreshes is likely worth more.

depends on who you're using it on. If you have 0 fragments, need it for RG, and earn plenty of crystals from Arena, then yeah. It might be worth it.

I bought it by accident. Don't pay and don't encourage their greedy behaviour. I am sure many people are willing to pay for it just to get ahead.

it will be help you to more quickly level up your arena or gw team if you are struggling in either....but the cost is high if you aren't pumping cash into the game regularly.

You need this Stun gun for Royal Guard and Fives

Buy it if you don't want to spend a week refreshing the node

This isn't greedy behaviour at all. For the first time in this game EA has provided something to buy that is cheaper than the RNG method of aquiring it. It's the best value item in the game.
