Yet another teebo bug
With the new patch, a new teebo bug has been introduced.
I did bring low to dooku(leader). As you know bring low is unavoidable damage. Dooku appeared to dodge, but did take the damage. However, he also gained offense up as though he did dodge.
This is on top of the losing stealth early from teebos leader ability that has not been fixed since I started playing in January.

Also teebo has not removed evasion up from luminara once with bring low since patch
