How do raid points work?

What is the pay out for each tier when it comes to raid points?

    The tiers are for guild currency, not raid points. Not sure about the multiplier, but the higher the tier, the more each guildie gets.

    T1 is 1 people point, t5 is 30. I think T6 is 50. Assume T2 is 5, T3 is 10 and T4 is 15. Heroic is 200.
