What's your strategy against the Rancor?

I'm wondering, do you guys try to strategically retreat or do you just fight to the death with each of your squads?

Also, it doesn't seem like Stun works against the Rancor, nor have I seen any of my characters Evade. Has anyone else found a buff or debuff strategy that works well against him?

If you bothered to read the details in the guild raid, it clearly tells you the rancor 'takes reduced damage form percent health damage effects and is immune to stun, ability block, health down, and massive damage effects.

So basically need to speed down or DoT him i think?
