Guild shows 35 ppl and 50/50

Problem is these 15 members are not in the management screen and can't be kicked out. I guess this is due to update kicking ppl from guilds so now we have full guild with only 35 members and no way to recruit more since we cant get rid of the bugged ones.
Would very much like this problem addressed soon since its hindering our progress.
Our guild is named the brotherhood and if this is fixable please do it fast or we are forced to quit and start anew

Same exact deal with my guild, Pulgasari. Frustrating, I can't boot the 15 players who have not contributed.
