Fresh Guild Improvement Suggestions

I have a ton of suggestions for Guild improvement to help this game flourish

ONE KEY THING TO FIX, PLEASE...
As a guild leader, when I look at peoples rosters and hit the Back button, I don't want to be sent back to the Home UI again.. it should go BACK to the Guild Manage Roster.

Guild Bulletin Boards should be bigger, there should be more Guild emblems and colors to choose from but it should also cost crystals for more choices to customizing Guilds to be more UNIQUE and more people spending crystals for you guys. Guilds should also help the Guild Leaders include more UPDATED and more DETAILS about guild members.. such as WHEN THEY JOINED THE GUILD can be very helpful in keeping track of how members are contributing daily to the Guild Coins for Raids, etc

In other words, create more reasons Guilds can be more SPECIAL and UNIQUE and something that all 50 guild members want to strive for. Create more reasons Guild Leaders can spend crystals also so we can improve anything about our guild.
