Why is my dooku always second to get his turn

I keep facing dooku teams and they always stun my luminara because there dooku goes before mine when i have 155 speed just like any1 else does

Doesn't matter. The enemy Dooku stun will always proc. In my experience the enemy Dooku will always proc the stun, and mine either doesn't, or it gets resisted. Every time. Just ridiculous.

I actually like that they make defensive AI pretty lucky, it balances the game pretty well
