Chat button and Guild icon placement

Would be good to have some sort of highlight on the chat button for when new messages are there. (Also messages don't always update for me unless I post one or force quit)

Also might be good to move the guild section on the main screen in front of galactic wars where currently there's just some guy sitting. No need for it to be all the way over to the left.

+1 I'd also like to see guild leaders and officers have the ability to send guild mail that could have a higher character limit than what chat has.
