Make the tiers for individuals

The tiers are making up a lot of feuds as to which one to go into. Most leaders I have seen want to go to tier 5 and above and don't care if the rest of the squad is able to participate in the raid or don't last too long all they want to do is get the higher grade gears for themselves.thats why I'm asking if there is a way you could make the tiers for single players to go to a tier that they know they would do better and be able to contribute toward their squad. Or make it mandatory to start at tier one and work up to the higher tiers almost like the galactic wars start out going up in the boxes because I was on a team like that and told the ones in charge on level 5 I wouldn't last long and I didn't about less then 5 minutes but they said they were going to do tier 5 anyway. Can you please see what you can do about this problem.

I dont see how thats possible, then there would really be no point of a guild

Join or start a low level guild, then grow together?

Find a guild that isnt led by total knobs?
