Client restart

Three times today I have been knocked off the game and then at 1:00 pm I was trying to get my extra energy but I couldn't get into it for at least an hour then I had to down load the whole game again and this is using up my data usage and I'm going over the limit on them please fix this problem because my phone carrier is going to be putting up my phone bill and I don't appreciate this
