Implement this training feature

Have the option to use an amount of credits that will purchase the amount of training droids needed instead of guessing and readjusting droids for 2 minutes, I know if I wanted to use all my credits on a character it would be easier to just hit use all credits and let the system pick the right amount of droids needed
