Raid notice

There needs to be a notice and optional device alarm/alert when a raid starts.

Get busy on that devs.

    Ya I'm in a guild and we have no idea when the raid starts and how it works, our leader says we lost two raids but most of us haven't been involved. Many guilds have members in various time zones and countries
