Help with pvp squad

I've been playing for over 2 weeks now and thought I was doing it right... now that I've climbed up in level I'm being beat every single time.

My squad:

Char Star/Level/Gear

AV 6/7/51
Chewie 4/6/51
JC 3/7/51
BO 4/6/50
Phasma 4/5/50
DM 4/5/50
Talia 4/6/49
AT 3/4/48
Night Initiate 4/4/47

Also have Kit Fisto and FO TIE but have not upgraded them...

Just need guidance as to where to go from here... trying to get Luminara now and need to decide if Sid or Fives or Boba.

I would say Sidious for sure his anti-heal is ridiculously important
