Ahsoka bug in GW

When using Ahsoka's special "Protective Maneuver" it was not healing my other toons. The animation would work but no numbers to indicate health going up showed up. The health bar also did not move up as it is supposed to. I saw this happen 2-4 times in GW today.

Did you attack someone below 50% health? She is not supposed to heal then but the animation still happens even tho there is no heal. I believe his is just a visual bug. She heals for my 100% of the time the person is above 50%
