Question for someone with a maxed QGJ

He can be taken "through" gear 10, that is, all gear 10 pieces equipped. Then nothing at gear 11.
The question is, after filling gear 10 are you able to hit the "Upgrade" button to get to the 16k protection at g11? Every one I've checked shows him still at 13k (g10).

He requires an uncraftable piece to get from G10 to G11, that's probably why you haven't seen any yet

They all should be craftable and equippable at level 80, I think.

I'm looking at the mk 7 security scanner. Requires 50 salvage of mk 11 blastech weapon mods. can only get through raids or guild store.

It almost certainly will give the protection. GS at gear ten shows two unavailable items.
