FOTP: You made a boo-boo

When advantage was changed and you guys redid FO, you gave FOTP the ability to apply offense down. But you never gave him any potency.
He never applied status effects before, so it didn't matter. Now it does.
This special ability could actually be useful -- but it never lands.

No, he's not. His damage was severely nerfed, and they gave him this new special ability.
I have never landed it. Ever. This isn't an exaggeration.
Even at Gear X his potency is zero.

Qelter is right, FOTP has a serious problem having no potency. I have used him in hundreds of battles since the big update and I'm at 0% chance of applying any debuffs. Might as well change it from Gun Down to "Resisted x2"

My FOTP is 1 furnace from being G11. He has 30% potency. I rarely see Gun Down apply any debuff, and if it does, I only remember seeing Health Down applied and never Offense Down.

This should definitely be looked at.
