Where do you buy War Tokens for Galactic War Shipments?

I'm trying to get Luminara and you can buy her shards in Galactic War shipments but I ran out of War Tokens. Is there a way to buy war tokens. I've already done the galactic war for today

No, if you want gw tokens then you have to earn them. By finishing the gw completely you earn 1200 tokens which is enough to get 15 shards a day for a character.
