Guild messaging

The chat room for guilds can be helpful, but because you have to be logged in to actually catch a conversation, or sometimes your too busy trying to get achievements or guild achievements finished that you can forget to check the chat room. This makes it really hard to coordinate guild members for being able to participate in raids. There should be an option where guild leaders can send messages to members inboxes so people who missed the heads up that a raid was starting will be able to receive a message in their inbox informing them of it.

I second the idea, and make sure that there is a conformation check box so leader can tell when someone has read the msg.
