I have all the requirements for lv 6 but upgrade button won't let me

I've experienced this with a few skills across characters

You cannot see it, but in the skill that lists Mark I and Mark II requirements IS SCROLLABLE. And if you scroll DOWN, you will see you need abiut 5 or 6 Mark III materials which are very scarce. Thisbis why some other chars will show the $$$$ button to upgrade but Luminara won't (until you get a fee more Mark IIIs)
