Asajj dispel can be dodged now?

I haven't noticed this before, but Asajj's dispel can now be dodged. This is new, and therefore much (hopefully) unlikely to be WAI. I understand it can be difficult to come up with a new nerf for Asajj every single update, but this one is beyond ridiculous. It's not even an attack! I was in Arena vs. a Dooku lead team with Phasma, and I was going to use Asajj to dispel team advantage and a taunt (hey, something Asajj is still good for, right?) Result: 2 Advantages dispelled, 3 dodges, granting offense up in addition to the advantage. Why?

Daka's secondary stun can also be dodged. So it can be dodged and resisted. Nonsense to me, in both cases.
