Strength in Allies.

I've added several people I beat after Arena, and borrowed after borrowing for a mission but my strength in Allies is still stuck at 11/25.

When you add people after arena battle, you don't automatically become allies, until they accept. If you go into your ally window and check pending/expired requests you will see why you are stuck.

Totally different issue but should have same title:

On occasion my allies are showing up with 300 power leaders, as if their worst cards are their leaders. A few of these guys are friends of mine and are confirming their leaders aren't their crappy level 3 mob enforcers.

Because often the leader shown is fake. It showed a level 2 Poe for me once, and I don't have a single shard of his.
