Mega threads anti community, feedback section a good step

Mega threads were a horrible way to deal with forum overload. They become a huge disgruntled uncoordinated mash of nonsensical crap because no one is able to reply to individual points without quoting who they're responding to which, just overloads the thread more.

To avoid the sea of mangled conversations and ignorance (no one reads the middle page posts when it reaches megathread mass therefore it helps to perpetuate ignorance), I created a new discussion thread to try and tell people Yodas level and skills weren't changed but the game balance changed around him. My thread was scooped up and dumped into the cesspool of the mega thread never to be read by anyone.

It breeds contempt as you feel ignored. If you get things like that going on, create temporary SUBFOLDERS for the discussion threads to be moved to. The individual conversations in the individual threads can continue but your forum gets tidied up and despamified.

These feedback sections are also a good start as they come pre broken down. You shouldn't have to combine things so much, but seriously, ditch this megathread mentality as it's anti-community as it damages our ability to communicate.
