AI Ability Block Is Brocken

I posted before that I had seen healers healing while ability blocked, but now I'm seeing just about every character in the game using special abilities while blocked.

This has been happening for months now. Can we please get a response on this?

Please fix ability block. Every battle in both arena and GW I see opponent toons using special abilities while ability blocked. This ranging from heals, to aoes, and any other special attack.

Ability block appears to be falling off at the beginning of their next turn rather than at the end.

Please fix this. It is very frustrating.
