Character farming list

I know there are lots of sites that list what characters can be farmed on what location but I'm interested in a list of all characters and where they can be farmed.

To make this more clear this is what I need:

x               Arena / Guild store /Light side / Dark side / ....
Char1              X                      3B
Char2                         X                      5F
Char3                                     4D         2B
...

Does such a list exist?
