Guild / Raids / Teamwork? ...

@EA_Jesse Just a simple question: I thought, a guild is made to build teams, for teamwork, right?

So, why are we supposed to compete/rival against guild mates for raid rewards?

Whats the difference between an arena shard and a guild? In both we try to snipe #1 for the better rewards.
Left by design.
The fixed payout times are the worst part of this game and makes it absolutely family-unfriendly.

  • There are just too many different levels of rewards that are unfair to a majority of guild members.

    Crazy idea, rather than the 20-25 current tiers of rewards for a raid, let's try 5-10?
    1-5 or1-10
    6-10 or 11-20
    11-15 or 20-30
    Etc... Reducing the number of reward tiers will easily balance out the reward system with very little rework, and be fairer to the players

    A clan mate had a very nice idea: Make rewards based on dealt damage only. No ranking between players. So lets say if the highest reward rank of Tier 5 would be 500k+ damage and every single member manages to deal those 500k, everyone would get the rewards like the #1 right now. It would be way more fair and guild mates would more likely help each others out instead of pushing themselfs to #1 just to get the best box ...

    But ya, this would be fair and fun, so they wont migrate it ...
