Help me grow!

Hi I am at lvl 37, and would love some tips! The character I have are:
Bobba Fett 4*
Cap. Phasma 3*
JC 2*
IG-88 3*
QGJ 2*
Ashoka 2*

I am farming JC, Dokku, and Sidius.Can go to GW to farm Luminara.
I really wanna know were to spend my gears, and what character skill I should up!

I would advise to try and get a complete first order team. Phasma, Kylo Ren, FO Stormtrooper, FO TIE Pilot and FO Officer. That is the team I am aspiring to have and I have all them characters apart from FO Officer, I just don't have the training droids to level them up. But if you want to know, my current lineup is 5* Sidious as leader, 5* Lumi, 4* Obi Wan, 4* Luke and 4* Chewie
