Training Error

I want to train my characters and everyone I tried training it kept saying training error training failed. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Upload an image here or ask for support in game. With the info you give is kinda hard to know the problem.

Does it have anything to do with internet connection or lack of credits?
