Restricting loot or guild coin contribution once joined to a cooldown and that would alleviate the problem.

Maybe even let the rewards and contributions be awarded once in the guild for the time line (meaning, put their rewards and contributions in a bank and give them back after the allotment)

Some sort of lockout is the way ahead;The sort of thing above could lead to ninja's appearing.
