My guild chat function is disabled

I can't seem to be able to chat with my fellow guild members. Can someone please look into this? (My player Id is: IxKeGx8CRFa4THCLv2LykA)

I have a friend in our guild that doesn't have the ability to chat in the game. This is because he created an underage account so his kids could play it too. I'm guessing you also have an age restricted account and sadly there isn't currently a way to change your age. He has contacted EA and they said they are "working on it".
