What is the formula for determining the probability of an effect?
To illustrate: Sidious' leader ability grants a 14% critical chance, and Lando's Unique gives +13% critical. The correct calculation would be 1.14 * 1.13 = 1.2882 or 28.82% chance of the effect occurring, as opposed to saying 14% + 13% = 27%.
