I find the official support site abysmal. Using on an iPhone is incredibly difficult, menus don't open as expected, the screen moves around as menus open and close. Worst of all, the chat never seems to work. A "Less than 5 min" wait never seems to materialise and the other options are just as useless: speak to someone who has no clue and no care about your issue, and never seems to be able to resolve anything, or email in for a response in a couple of days basically saying "tough, there's nothing we can do".

This is pretty poor for issues over real money spent in-game, and you should really make more effort to support your paying customer base. Issues happen, I get it, but you need to respond appropriately; there's only so many times people will jump through hoops to be told they've done it for nothing.
