Solution to longer than expected game time because of raid

After the release of the guild content, the game is consuming more time than I expected. A rather easy fix is to limit the number of raid rewards a player can receive in one week. Like World of Warcraft, a player can still voluntarily participate in raids after his first weekly completion, but no rewards should be given.
Of course for this to work guild bank coins need to be redesigned. Perhaps just by raising the cost to launch a raid. Meanwhile, rewards can be easily adjusted by guaranteeing everyone who has participated in the raid should get a piece of unobtainable gear. The dmg leadership board can continue to distribute savage and personal currencies. Nothing else needs change.
