Raid too much random?

There is too much of unequal boss phase in the Raid! You should know that specially against the pig boys it's very hard for groups to make boss damage on a constant level. Since the damage done to the adds is not counting, it's very unequal compare to t2 or T3.
In T2 is too much random in the boss actions. He sometimes give you a 0 chance, and however you restart he will act the same (f.ex. eat instand a toon). Last problem is the fact that it's impossible to be part of all tree phases in 1 id. due to the respawn timer or, in my eyes, the boss in phase 3 gets too fast too much damage.
