Guild Activity: Challenges - Glitch?

I finished my last challenge today but noticed my total count is only at 15 instead of 16. I'm fairly confident that I didn't start on them yesterday until at least half hour after the reset of the previous activity. I noticed several other guild members are also sitting at 15. Anyone else experience this or did I just blank out and did one too early yesterday and not remember that?

    I got cheated out of one too. I'll lose about 20 guild currency because of it.

    Weird. Anyone else run across this? I don't care too much about losing a few more coins but if this is an actual issue, I hope its fixed.
