Please separate background animation speed from toon/play animation speed

When you use autoplay, the toons play (now) at the maximum animation speed. The background animation runs at this same max speed. When I autoplay on the ewok village levels with all the torch/fire effects my tablet gets hot enough to cook an egg. Could you please separate the background animation into it's own timer that stays the same as normal even when in auto-play mode? Thanks!
