Feedback - Guild chat latency
Greetings Devs.
Please look into the lag in the guild chat system. I routinely have discussions in chat that get killed because it can take hours for replies to show - the worst instances being a lag of at least four hours. Makes it very difficult to encourage participation in guild chat when you have to wait that long for replies.
Please either increase the frequency of automatic refreshes greatly, or allow some sort of manual refresh option. At the very least it should refresh every time you open the chat window, though even that would be a subpar user experience.
