[To Devs] Guild hopping idea

I kinda like the idea of a little guild hopping to help each other out and make it more interesting at the top end. Having said that the in-out reward bug needs fixing.

Its what bounty hunters do and it exist in the universe but I think it should be made a feature with rules.

Maybe we should make it so you never leave your own guild but actually have a 'bounty hunter' status and there is an x number of times you can do it a day/week and a guild is limited to x number of bounty hunters it can use in one raid.

Maybe the reward is payment of guild credits to the bounty hunter's own guild. You get the idea.
